1960 earthquake
can someone please help me on this speech?

Good Morning class and Mrs. Young. I am doing my speech on Natural Disaster. Everyone panics about natural disaster. What is natural disaster? A natural disaster is the effect of a natural hazard that affects the hazard. So, what are common natural disasters? Flood (Tsunami), Tornado, Volcanic eruption, Earthquake, and Landslide. So, who is prepared for it?

On 1958, the biggest tsunami ever recorded on the world 1720 feet that got caused by an 8.3mangiutude earthquake. That is way bigger then an empire state building!!! , there is also a known tsunami attack, on may 22 ,1960 the coast of Chile was rocked by an explosive earthquake measuring 9.6 on the Richter scale this is equal to the intensity of about 60,000 hydrogen bombs, some 2000 people another 3000 injured.

can you try and add sme stuff more on to it please?

DON’T START YOUR SPEECH WITH I AM DOING MY SPEECH ON NATURAL DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*I would pause a bit and look my audience in the eye for 3 seconds before starting.
“Natural disasters–number one cause for mass panic, indescribable pandemonian, and uncontainable chaos; the epitome of merciless destruction and the bringer of death and devastation: they are enemies of man. Fierce floods wipe out thousands of homes, tornados ravage across acres of land, volcanoes pummel down hundreds of slopes, earthquakes upheave dozens of cities, and landslides encase millions of lives. So the question is, how can one prepare for such atrocities?

In 1958, the largest tsunami ever recorded and caused by an 8.3 magnitude earthquake had attained 1720 feet, a height taller than even the Empire State Building! On May 22, 1960, the coast of Chile was rocked by an explosive earthquake measuring 9.6 magnitude on the Richter scale, recieving a blow equivalent to the intensity of 60,000 hydrogen bombs. This malicious blow left some 2000 people dead and another 3000 injured.

There is no way to avoid such disasters. There’s no warning, no alarm, no signal. It all happens in a flash and in the next moment, the land has been engulfed by Mother Nature’s cruel hands.

So, when a natural disaster strikes your home, how do you well do you think you’ll be prepared for its onslaught?”

*Btw, I highly encourage emphasis so that you can write less and have an even larger impact because seriously, if you had a 25 page speech, I would be asleep before you even started speaking.

Anyways, good luck with your speech and remember not to use good morning class and i’m doing my speech on…I don’t mean to offend you but it sounds like an elementary schooler and an occassional middle schooler. It’s tacky and I’m sorry but I’m adamant about this: DON’T USE IT!!!

PS. Please don’t use what I wrote. It was simply an example. If you do use it, it would be plagarism. If you want to use it, you’re going to need to cite and stuff.
