How much is land moving?

I am a Surveyor Engineer and my question is this: Suppose that the coordinates of a station today is X=100, Y=100, Z(height)=100. If I use the same station 10 years after will they be the same? What about the movements of tectonic plates and earthquakes? Is the difference important in a period of 10 years?
In other words, how many cm per year is land moving?
Note that I live in Greece, a region with high seismic activity.

Across Europe, most of the results from the SLR( satellite laser ranging) analysis exhibit northeastward motion on the order of 25 to 30 mm/yr (a little more than an inch per year). The uncertainties for the velocities range from better than ±2 mm/yr to ±20 mm/yr.
