Why was there not any “pre – warning” about the earthquake in Haiti?
I thought scientists now had the instruments & knowledge to predict earthquakes before they annilate countires. What happened in Haiti?
You don’t know about warnings if you don’t read the news. They did give them a warning 2 years ago back in 08, but it was still not enough time to be prepared. They don’t have the money or resources to do so.
