how would i find out if my apartment is earthquake safe? i want to know how big of an earthquake it can stand?

Wait until an Earthquake hits, or go down to the building planner headquarters, not sure if that’s what is really called but I am sure you figure it out, and ask them. Maybe even your landlord might be able to know or go to where they store blueprints, usually city hall and ask someone there for help, someone in one of these places will be able to help you
