How many days of food and water do you have for an emergency?
Just curious about who has what saved and where. What types of food do you have in your stash if you do have some squirreled away?
What is your food and water stash for (some dictated by where you live)? Hurricane? Earthquake? Nuclear attack?
What is your mindset and your preparedness?
Thanks to all who answer!
I do think positive Blueberry!
I was just inspired to ask this due to the almost half a million that were without power from the earthquake swarms recently in Baja.
I also wanted to get ideas of the best stuff to squirrel away! MRE’s sure would get boring after a while!!
Have a beautiful day!
I would say about a week. I have candles, matches, flashlights, portatable radio, batteries, bottled water, pop-top cans of meat & other canned foods, crackers, can opener, disposable plates, cups, bowls, plasticware, All types of tissue, paper napkins, wet wipes of all types (including some with bleach), potpourri warmers, tea lights, disposable aluminum bowls (the last 3 to heat food), disinfectant spray, spray bottles of water laced with vinegar (cleans and kills germs & odors), paper towels, medications, tiny battery-operated TV.
I have all types of non-perishible foods like bags of chips and other snacks, canned & bottled soda, snack cakes, candy bars, cookies, boxed cereals, boxed milk.
