We get to see the “over worked” and stressed out Anderson Cooper in his expertly dusty Dolce & Gabbana tight tee shirt and perfectly tousled hair. Yes folks, don’t worry a tragedy like this brings out all the hard working American “journalists” more than ready to “work” round the clock to get the perfect shot of the barely breathing child or crying naked grandmother. I smell Emmy for Anne Curry, she did her “live feed” sans make up! What a hero! Seriously what is wrong with Americans when we have to sensationalize a f*cking earth quake? Are we that vapid? It’s so disgusting.
I’m old enough to remember the massive coverage of the Iranians taking over our embassy. This is nothing new. Walter Winchell became a household name for recording reports from rooftops in London during the Blitz. Disaster sells, death sells, and people are tuning in to see what happens.
