where is a place that has the most comfortable weather year round?

little to no humidity
not too much precipitation
no earthquakes
warmest around 100 degrees
coldest around 45 degrees
i don’t mind elevation xD. I’ve been debating between Colorado and California. any other suggestions? Doesn’t necessarily have to be in the USA. thnx a bunch
Oregon isn’t bad, nor is Virgina, Texas has some wonderful spots in it… Internationally there is Greece, Italy, the UK, Taiwan, Australia New Zealand. The world is a big place go have fun exploring it!!!
