As Executive Director of the Chester-Wallingford Chapter of the American Red Cross, Joy Jones is accustomed to helping others in need. She is reminded on a daily basis, of the fragility of life as well as the goodness that exists in average, everyday people. She’s especially reminded during March which is National American Red Cross Month.
