Should tax payers know about this? Jubilee was something instituted for the Jews by God as a reminder of his care and delivering them from slavery. Because of Haiti’s earthquake and forgiveness of their debts, it seems a good time for 22 other countries to ask for same. A lot of reps seem to be signed on. We give massive amounts of money to Africa and other countries, much of it going to war lords and other criminals. Should we at least have a say?
Agreed, but at the rate government is borrowing, spending and giving away our money, will we last another three years?
We do have a say, vote!
